About the event

Find some space to spread out in a quiet room! Grab yourself some water or tea, your mat, and your props (pillow, blanket, strap/towel for stretching). 


We’ll practice breathwork, movement and meditation for 45-50 minutes, with a 10 minute Q&A at the end. Participants will be automatically muted until Q&A time to minimize distractions during practice.
