Join us for a free online "feel good" slow flow yoga class on Friday mornings incorporating breathwork, gentle asana (movement) and meditation.

About the event
Start your Friday off with yoga and mindfulness that will leave you "feeling good" for the rest of your weekend! This is a beginner friendly, all-levels class that will include gentle breathwork and slow flow asana movement, and meditation. Feel Good Friday is online only.
Before class begins:
Set up your mat in a quiet room, ideally with enough space for a full range of movement through your arms and legs.
Gather props (blanket, block, strap - or, pillows & towels can take the place of blocks and straps!)
Join the Zoom meeting: camera on or off - completely your choice.
