About the event

Start your Friday off with yoga and mindfulness that will leave you "feeling good" for the rest of your weekend! This is a beginner friendly, all-levels class that will include gentle breathwork and slow flow asana movement, and meditation. Feel Good Friday is online only.


Before class begins:

  • Set up your mat in a quiet room, ideally with enough space for a full range of movement through your arms and legs.

  • Gather props (blanket, block, strap - or, pillows & towels can take the place of blocks and straps!)

  • Join the Zoom meeting: camera on or off - completely your choice.
