Connect with yourself, nature, and your mindfulness practice in community at your local regenerative farm.
Join us for yoga at Conundrum Farms - gift yourself with time in nature, practicing yoga in the middle of a thriving, regenerative farm. Experience mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and ultimately a stronger connection with your own body, mind and soul.
Join us every Sunday at 1pm for an all levels (beginner friendly!) flow with music lead by either Danielle Hein or Tamora Rosenbaum. Afterward, you'll have the chance to select freshly harvested produce from the Conundrum Farm Stand, available to the community from 1pm to 4pm.
