Connect with yourself, nature, and your mindfulness practice in community at your local regenerative farm.
This is an all-levels vinyasa inspired flow: expect gentle movement paired with breath awareness, leaving you feeling stronger and more relaxed in both body & mind. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the farm and prairie, you’ll flow through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness.
